The SVP/Chief Finance Officer at McarFix Ltd is the primary custodian of the company's financial health, global fiscal strategy, and investor relations. Reporting directly to the COO with ultimate accountability to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

Global Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial roadmap supporting market dominance including capital raising and long-term fiscal planning
P&L Oversight: Monitor financial performance of all business units and regions
Capital Allocation & Budgeting: Oversee global budgeting ensuring necessary capital for innovation and market penetration
Investor Relations: Act as primary contact for institutional investors and venture capitalists
Risk Management: Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and data privacy laws

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (MBA)
Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or CFA) mandatory
15+ years senior financial leadership experience
At least 5 years as CFO or VP Finance in high-growth global SaaS/Tech company
